When are AC stopped working, a guy came out within a couple of hours of calling them, and was able to fix it in about 20 minutes. He was very professional, and he explained and demonstrated the problem (bad capacitor) and how he would fix it. He also gave me plenty of helpful tips on how to prevent future damages to our AC. In addition, his price was better than the testimonials I found online of people who had gotten this service from other companies. Very impressed.
